Why Pilates

In Pilates we train the Mind / Body connection to gain the best results from these unique exercises, using muscular isolation, to address imbalances in the body.

In our classes we energize the body with quality workouts working against the resistance of the Pilates Health equipment that challenge, strengthen and stretch your body. We use small equipment such as resistance bands, circles, balls, tubes, weights and rollers to make our classes fun and give our clients better results.
