The Studio and clients are passionate about Pilates, Bowen Therapy and Barre, knowing that they are the fastest, most effective and safest way to build strength and tone the body, but also very effective to stay mobile and flexible with support of the Pilates Health Equipment. We are enjoying every day learning and mastering Pilates Studio Classes sharing our passion and knowledge of wellbeing.

Pilates helped me build flexibility, muscle strength, promotes better breathing and strength in my core also improving coordination and balance. Using progressive resistance of the reformer with its repertoire of exercises helps bring strength and cardio fitness. Combine the Bowen treatment relaxes and calms my aches and pains. I have been going to Svitlana all this year for Pilates and also for some Bowen therapy. I found the Bowen therapy very helpful when i had a back issue in June. The regular Pilates has helped me to become much more flexible and have better core balance which i feel are both really important as we get older. Svitlana is always cheerful and very professional.
